Reframing our Stories provides sexual health education, resources and tools for families and communities to normalize conversations around sex and relationships, remove shame, and reframe our stories to promote openness, acceptance and a positive sense of self.

Hi, I’m Kara
Being a sexual health educator, I know that often discussions about puberty, consent, sex, and porn are not things we actively seek out - until the exact moment we need it! We get a question from a child sooner than we planned, have a relationship experience we don't know how to handle, or even difficult situations of consent we feel unequipped to handle.
My goal with these courses is to make content available for you on topics I've taught about to parents and kids, adults in relationships, and teens facing challenges of just growing up when you find yourself needing some additional education.
